In 2001, The Catholic Community Foundation was established to help donors carry out lasting support for their favorite causes and increase the amount and effectiveness of philanthropy flowing to causes that support the mission of the Catholic Church in Southeastern Wisconsin.
It is through the grants awarded from our donor funds that we are able to make an impact on the everyday lives of those in need. Therefore, we want to be able to assist those organizations that help us make a difference in our schools, community, with our leaders, and with those in need. Our donors are interested in making a difference in lives of the people of Southeastern Wisconsin and so are we!
If you are an organization that is looking to find support for your program and the work you do, we invite you to send us a "Letter of Intent". This one to two-page "Letter of Intent" should include the following:
Before submitting your "Letter of Intent" we ask that you review our Focus Areas and Grant Policies.
Finally, if after reading your "Letter of Intent" we determine we want to learn more about your grant request, we will contact you to submit a full proposal. Our Review Process will assist you with submitting a full proposal.
